There is typically two tags attached to the pillow, which one is the brand logo tag and the other is a long white paper tag with a barcode, called a law tag. If the pillow has both tags, it will be the easiest way to find the exact pillow you are sleeping on. The law tag with the bar code will have the fill content on it. This will tell you exactly what is in the inside of the pillow you slept on. Sometimes the manufacturer has the item unavailable or not on their website. In this case, it is best to contact the manufacturer about what hotel you slept at and any information you know about the pillow. There is the problem of no tags on the pillow or you did not get any information, but don't worry! Contact the hotel directly and ask to speak to housekeeping. They can help you out with giving as much information they have on the pillow, which usually includes the SKU number. The best way to find out to order the pillow you experienced at the hotel is to ask the hotel housekeeping.
