International Shipping: Pillows.com is pleased to offer our customers in other countries the option for international shipping.
Pillows.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Customers" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Pillows.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

CAN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
All orders placed through our third-party shipping company, International Checkout or use of a freight forwarder can be returned however, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and not Pillows.com. Any orders placed through International Checkout must request returns through International Checkout. Please email https://www.internationalcheckout.com/email.php to request a return. Once a return package arrives back in our warehouse a refund will be credited back. All returns must be in like new condition to receive a 100% money back minus the cost of shipping. Like new condition means Tags still attached, no stains or smells and no human or animal hair present. If a item arrives back damaged, we will only issue a 50% credit. We cannot accept exchanges on International orders.
USING A FREIGHT FORWARDER?
If a customer places an order through us directly using a freight forwarder, we (1) cannot take any responsibility for the package once it arrives at the forwarder, and (2), customers who wish to do a return must return the order to the US. We do not directly ship overseas, and as such, cannot send return labels for orders that end up outside of the US. If you use a forwarder and want to return, it is your responsibility to get the order back to the US.
