Pillows.com is NOT offering international shipping as this time

CAN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

All orders placed through our third-party shipping company, International Checkout or use of a freight forwarder can be returned however, return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and not Pillows.com. Any orders placed through International Checkout must contact our customer service team. Please email sleepbetter@pillows.com to request a return. Once a return package arrives back in our warehouse a refund will be credited back. All returns must be in like new condition to receive a 100% money back minus the cost of shipping. Like new condition means Tags still attached, no stains or smells and no human or animal hair present. If a item arrives back damaged, we will only issue a 50% credit. We cannot accept exchanges on International orders.

USING A FREIGHT FORWARDER?

If a customer places an order through us directly using a freight forwarder, we (1) cannot take any responsibility for the package once it arrives at the forwarder, and (2), customers who wish to do a return must return the order to the US. We do not directly ship overseas, and as such, cannot send return labels for orders that end up outside of the US. If you use a forwarder and want to return, it is your responsibility to get the order back to the US.
