* When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Backordered items will have shipping dates on the product pages detailing when those items will ship. You will get an email with tracking once your item has shipped. MALOUF items can take up to 10 business days to process before it ships. We will email tracking for those items as soon as possible. 

* How do I pick the best pillow for me?

* Are these the ACTUAL pillows I experienced at the hotel?

YES! These are real hotel pillows. Please note, hotels don't use 1 type of pillow in all their hotels. Most hotels will have anywhere between 3-10 different types of pillows floating around the rooms. The best way to know which one you liked is to look at the tag when you are in the hotel. If you didn't get a chance to look at the tag, our bedding experts can help narrow down your search. 

* Can I return or exchange my order? 

Pillows.com has a great return and exchange policy for you. You can process a FREE shipping return with money back in the first 30 days or your order. You have up to 90 days to process up to 3 FREE shipping exchanges. Our bedding experts will help you process a return or exchange through email at Sleepbetter@pillows.com. 

* Where is my refund?

Pillows.com starts the refund process once we receive your order back into our warehouse. It can take up to 15 business days after we get your box, to see the refund credited back onto your payment method.

* What if I ordered a backorder item?

We are expecting our backorder items to be in stock in February 2021. If you had ordered a backorder item, your item will ship as soon as it arrives to our warehouse. You will be charged initially for the purchase. Backordered items purchased through PayPal will be charged immediately as this is PayPal's terms and conditions.
