Exchange Program: When you place an order with Pillows.com You Will Sleep Better! People are different and have different sleep styles. We sell great bedding, but occasionally the product our customers order will not meet their sleep styles. For that reason Pillows.com offers the You Will Sleep Better Guarantee! Pillows.com has the widest selection of sleep products found anywhere and we are confident that by working with our experts You Will Sleep Better! To take advantage of the You Will Sleep Better Guarantee simply contact Pillows.com by phone or email within 30 nights of the date of delivery of the bedding that did not meet your needs and let our experts know what you did not like about the bedding you received. Our experts will then recommend a product that will work better for you and immediately ship that product out with free shipping. Our experts will also get you a pre-paid return label so you can send back the bedding that did not meet your needs free of charge, but we do request that you send your return items back within 2 weeks of receiving your exchange.

Pillows.com reserves the right to limit participation by an individual in this program should Pillows.com at, its sole discretion, deem an individual to be abusing this program. Pillows.com cannot accept items that have been washed, stained, or damaged.Pillows.com cannot accept items where the tag has been cut off.
Return Policy: Any item can be returned for any reason to Pillows.com within 30 nights of the date that the order is received by the customer, providing that the item is in LIKE NEW condition. Pillows.com cannot accept items that have been washed, tags cut off, stained, or damaged. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Sheets and duvets that come in retail packaging, must be returned with their original retail packaging, else it will be marked as damaged. Customer must contact Pillows.com via phone, email, or chat and request an RA (return authorization number) in order to return an order and must be returned within 2 weeks of requesting. Pillows.com is happy to offer $9.99 pre-paid return labels per box, which is deducted from the customer's final refund amount, however, the customer has the option to return their order using any carrier they choose. We do not refund the original shipping charge and cannot refund the cost of return shipping if you use the carrier of your choosing.

Refund Policy: Upon receipt of the item we will refund your credit card with the full purchase price of the items returned (Granted as they are in LIKE NEW condition). Additionally, as stated above you are responsible for paying for the costs to ship the product you return to our warehouse; the amount that you pay to return the item to our location. We do not refund the original shipping amount.
Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between November 1st 2015 to December 25th 2015 will have until January 25th to return their order.
Like New Condition: All returns must be in like new condition: Tags still attached and no stains, cigarette or other smells, and/or pet hair. All returned merchandise is re sold at our outlet store and marked clearly as gently used at a discounted price. For this reason, 1) any product that has been damaged or stained cannot be returned, 2) any product that has been used in an environment where persons have smoked near the product cannot be returned, and 3) any product that is missing any of its original retail packaging or labels cannot be returned. If you return any product that is not eligible to be returned, Pillows.com at its discretion will either refuse your return shipment or we will refund only 50% of the purchase price of the items returned.
1. Request a RA number (return authorization number) by contacting one of our bedding experts within 30 days of receiving your order. The merchandise must be in Like New condition (see above for explanation). You can reach us by phone, email, or live chat. Please include the order number if you have it and let us know if you would like a $9.99 return label emailed to you. The price of this return label will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please keep in mind we offer free return shipping for exchanges! We are confident that we can find a product that meets your needs and helps you sleep better!

Refusing an Order: Orders that are refused will be treated as a return but assessed a $15 refusal and the actual cost of shipping the order will be deducted from any refund. Refusing a package causes an automatic charge assessed to us, this is not a cost of doing business as you paid for shipping then elected not to receive the item.
Missing Product/Incorrect Product Shipped/Items that Arrive Damaged: At least two people inspect every item we ship before it leaves the warehouse to ensure that you are receiving high quality products and that you are receiving the correct product that you ordered. Therefore, if you received damaged product or are missing any items the problem likely occurred after your order was picked up from our warehouse by the carrier. In order for us to file a claim with the carrier we must be notified of the problem immediately. Therefore, if you receive product that is damaged, find that certain items are missing from your order, or if you receive the incorrect item you must send our customer service department an email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order. Items reported as having arrived damaged after 7 days of the receipt of your order cannot be returned. If you report a missing item or incorrectly shipped item after 7 days of the receipt of your order we will investigate your claim, but you are not guaranteed to receive a replacement item.
